Zanie leads the office locally, heads up the Advisory Practice and has a substantial portfolio of external audit clients. Zanie has over 18 years’ experience in providing professional services to clients. After spending time working in Pretoria, Canberra, and Perth, she relocated to Papua New Guinea in 2006. Zanie has experience working across a variety of industries including financial services, manufacturing and retail, mining and resources, aviation, development, NGO’s, state-owned enterprises and government agencies.

Zanie understands the business environment and unique issues and challenges faced in PNG and she has built excellent networks in the country over the past eleven years. She applies a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, and with her collaborative and approachable methodology has contributed to the success factors of her clients

David is an experienced Director specializing in Corporate Finance and Deal Advisory. He has been in PNG since April 2016 and has over 14 years’ experience across PNG, Australia, the UK and South Africa providing corporate advisory and transaction services advice to a variety of clients ranging from large listed multinational organizations to small privates. David has worked on engagements for companies operating in sectors including mining, mining services, oil and gas (conventional and unconventional), infrastructure, energy, construction, manufacturing, services, and retail.

This experience, combined with a role as the Acting Chief Financial Officer of a large state-owned entity has given him a strong appreciation for the PNG business environment and the challenges that are currently being faced including the opportunities this creates.

Charles is an experienced Director specialising in management consulting and leading the office’s risk management practices as the Risk Management Partner. Leveraging his extensive international experience and local knowledge, he develops local PNG and client-specific solutions. Charles is supporting PNG businesses realise greater operational efficiencies, develop and implement strategic initiatives while taking a risk-based approach to securing future growth and capital. Charles is committed to helping grow and expand the PNG business community and ensure that both the short and long term goals of his clients and the business community are achieved. With his understanding of the challenges in the PNG environment, he helps his clients overcome obstacles with creative and sustainable solutions.

Charles leads the management consulting team with over 23 years of professional experience. He has been in PNG since 2013 after time spent in America and Australia. Charles has broad experience across sectors and clients from large global fortune 50 to small and medium-sized businesses, including INGO/ NGO, financial services, energy and resources, defense, manufacturing, SoE, and government departments.
